  I visited an open house hosted by Nicole and her associate and it was well presented. She took the time to introduce herself and the home with a smile and answered a few questions then left me alone to look through the house. Many realtors nowadays don't need to try so it was refreshing.

  We recently purchased exactly the home we had been looking for, with expert help from our agent, Nicole Causey. Stepping up as our agent with very short notice, she was knowledgeable, professional and a good listener, as we discussed our wants and expectations. She then helped us bring our needs in line with achieving this goal. For us, this was the most important part of what we needed from an agent. As we progressed through the sale, she made herself totally available to us, always answering our questions immediately, or getting back to us quickly. Throughout the whole process, Nicole was a joy to work with, patient and helpful, even when we asked questions twice, or when we needed a little novice hand-holding. She advised us well and we couldn't be happier. Yes, yes, yes! We would recommend her as real-estate agent to friends and family and would call her again in a heartbeat if we ever again need an agent.

She never puts us in a critical situation to make decisions. She helped us make a well-informed decision. - Friendliness She makes you feel like she is part of your family rather than a realtor. - Positive attitude Home buying is a very stressful & frustrating process especially in the bay area, Nicole guided us thru the tough decision, making sure we are not making decisions under pressure or out of frustration. - Never rush us to make the decision on any house.
